Guarana seeds contain caffeine, and the caffeine drives most of their effects (MSKCC, Guarana). We did not find a verified amount for an extract like the one on this label.
Common side effects are nausea and insomnia. High doses can cause vomiting, heartbeat changes and high blood pressure (MSKCC, Guarana).
The Supplement Facts panel gives chromium and a 200 mg blend total. Caffeine is not listed anywhere on the label.
