Names and versions01
Which Sugar Defender names and versions are real?
Sugar Defender, as far as we know, is one product: liquid drops in a 2 fl oz (60 mL) amber dropper bottle. Other names in search results are spellings, site names or headline words.
The label reads SUGAR DEFENDER, with "SUGAR" in red and "DEFENDER" in white, above a gold band that says BLOOD SUGAR SUPPORT FORMULA.
The order page we read on October 18, 2026 sold only this formula, in packs of 2, 3 or 6 bottles (Sugar Defender sales page).
Type a word such as xylitol, refund or dog in the search box to filter all 42 questions.
No question matches. Try another word.
What is Sugar Defender Max?
We found no product called Sugar Defender Max on the label or on the order page we read on October 18, 2026 (Sugar Defender sales page). The only version we know is the 60 mL dropper bottle, taken at 1 mL a day. If a listing sells a "Max" bottle, treat it as a different item and compare its label on batch verify.
Does a product called "Cane Sugar Defender" exist?
Not that we can find: no product by that name appears on the label or the sales page. "Cane Sugar Defender" looks like a search mix-up. The real bottle reads SUGAR DEFENDER, and its other ingredients list stevia and xylitol, not cane sugar. If a seller uses the cane name, check the full label against supplement facts before you pay.
Is Sugar Defender 24 a different formula?
No, as far as we can tell it is the same drops. The "24" matches the sales site, sugardefender24.com, and its headline about "24 proven ingredients". The label itself lists 23 lines: chromium plus a blend of 22. We know of one formula, and the ingredients list shows every line.
Is there a separate US version of Sugar Defender?
Not that we know of. The label is printed in English and names a US distributor, sugardefender.com in Aurora, Colorado. The order page offers free US shipping on 3 or 6 bottles (Sugar Defender sales page). Searches such as "sugar defender en us" or "sugar defender usa" lead to the same 60 mL drops. Delivery outside the US is covered on shipping.
Is the Sugar Defender label printed in Spanish?
No, the label we read is in English only. Shoppers who search "sugar defender precio" want the price: on October 18, 2026 it was $79 a bottle for two, $69 for three and $49 for six (Sugar Defender sales page). If English is hard to read, ask a pharmacist or a relative to go over the warnings with you. Full prices are on pricing.
Why does Sugar Defender come as a liquid instead of a pill?
The brand does not say why. The label simply sets a serving of 1 mL, measured with the dropper, and the sales page calls the drops "Easy To Swallow". We know of no study that compares drops with capsules for these ingredients. A liquid does keep the daily step small: one dropper fill, no tablets. See how to take it.
Ordering and paying02
What should you know before ordering Sugar Defender?
Before ordering Sugar Defender, know that it sells in packs of 2, 3 or 6 bottles through the official sales page, with a 60-day money-back guarantee (Sugar Defender sales page).
Three or six bottles ship free in the US. Two bottles add a shipping charge at checkout, and the order page does not print the amount.
Keep your order ID somewhere safe. The order desk asks for it on every call.
Can I buy just one bottle of Sugar Defender?
Not on the order page we read. On October 18, 2026 the smallest pack was 2 bottles at $79 each, $158 in total, plus shipping (Sugar Defender sales page). At the label's 1 mL a day, two bottles last about 120 days, so the smallest pack is already a four-month supply. Compare all three packs on pricing.
Do I need a prescription to buy Sugar Defender?
No. Sugar Defender is a dietary supplement, not a drug, so you can order it without a prescription. That also means the FDA does not approve it for safety or results before it is sold (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements). Show the label to your doctor or pharmacist anyway, especially if you take other medicine, as the label itself asks.
How do I order Sugar Defender, and what is the phone line for?
Orders are placed through the online checkout reached from our order buttons. The order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 handles tracking, changes and refunds once an order is placed. Our own website inbox cannot take or see orders.
Which cards can I use to pay for Sugar Defender?
The payment row shown with the checkout carries Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover logos. Card details go into the checkout on the sales page, not into gosugardefender.com. If a card is declined, call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 instead of trying again and again. How your data is handled is on privacy.
What extras come with the bigger Sugar Defender packs?
The 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs add free US shipping and two digital e-books, "The Ultimate Tea Remedies" and "Learn How to Manage Type II Diabetes" (Sugar Defender sales page). Those were the only special offers we saw on the order page. The e-books are digital bonuses; we have not reviewed their content. The 2-bottle pack has neither extra.
What does "limited stock" mean on the Sugar Defender store?
We cannot tell you, because no stock count is published anywhere we can check. Lines like "limited stock" are sales wording, not a fact we can confirm. The prices we read on October 18, 2026 were $79, $69 and $49 a bottle (Sugar Defender sales page). Take your time: the 60-day guarantee runs from purchase either way.
Should I order from shugardefender.com?
Not until you have checked it: we have not reviewed shugardefender.com, so we cannot vouch for it. Its spelling differs from the label, which names sugardefender.com as distributor, and from the sales site our order buttons use. A one-letter change in a web address is easy to miss, so check the spelling before you enter card details. Read where to buy first.
| Pack | Per bottle | Total | Shipping | Days at 1 mL | Per day |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $79 | $158 | Added at checkout | 120 | About $1.32 |
| 3 bottles | $69 | $207 | Free in the US | 180 | About $1.15 |
| 6 bottles | $49 | $294 | Free in the US | 360 | About $0.82 |
The order page counts 30 days a bottle, so its per-day cost runs about twice as high. We follow the label. Full detail is on pricing.

After you order03
What if something goes wrong after you order Sugar Defender?
If something goes wrong after you order Sugar Defender, call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected] with your order ID.
That desk handles tracking, changes and refunds on placed orders.
Our website inbox, [email protected], answers questions about these pages but cannot see orders.
What if I never got a Sugar Defender order email?
Check your spam and promotions folders first, then search your inbox for "Sugar Defender" or "order". Still nothing? Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected]. Give the full name and email you used at checkout so the desk can find the order and send your order ID again.
What if I typed the wrong shipping address?
Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 as soon as you notice, with your order ID and the correct address. A fix is easier before the package ships than after. If it has already shipped, ask the desk what the carrier allows. Tracking is explained on shipping.
My Sugar Defender package shows delivered, but I cannot find it. What now?
Look around your door and ask neighbors or your building's mail room first. Then call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and tracking number, so it can check with the carrier. Do it soon, because the 60-day guarantee window counts from the purchase date, not the delivery date.
What should I have ready before I call the order desk?
Have your order ID ready, since the desk asks for it first. Also keep the full name and email you used at checkout, the pack you bought and the purchase date. For a refund, remember that the 60-day window counts from that date. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected].
What is BuyGoods, and why does it handle Sugar Defender orders?
BuyGoods runs the order desk behind the Sugar Defender checkout. Its line, +1 (302) 200-3480, and the email [email protected] handle tracking, changes and refunds once you have ordered. Gosugardefender is a separate U.S. authorized merchant that writes these pages and sends shoppers to the sales page. If a name on your order looks unfamiliar, ask the desk.
Why are there two New York addresses for Sugar Defender?
They do different jobs. 1185 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 8, New York, NY 10036 is the office address. 60 Wall Street, Floor 4, New York, NY 10005 is where returned bottles go. Neither is the label's distributor address in Aurora, Colorado. Mail returns only to Wall Street, with tracking, as the refund policy explains.
Tracking, changes and refunds for placed orders: +1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected]. Typos, privacy and press: [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. Every channel is listed on contact.
Daily use04
How do Sugar Defender drops fit into a normal day?
Sugar Defender drops fit in as one small step: 1 mL a day for adults, measured with the dropper, as the label directs.
The label sets no time of day. It says nothing about food, drinks, fasting or exercise.
Where the label is silent, we say so and point you to your doctor, your pharmacist or the order desk.
Can I put Sugar Defender in water or juice?
The label does not say. Its only direction is "Adults, take 1mL a day or as directed by a healthcare professional," with no word on mixing it into a drink. Whatever you choose, make sure you get the full 1 mL and no more. For a firm answer, ask the order desk or your pharmacist.
Does Sugar Defender break a fast?
Nobody can say for sure, because the Supplement Facts panel lists no calories, carbs or sugar. The drops are sweetened with stevia and xylitol, in amounts the label does not give. If your fast is for a blood test or another medical reason, ask the clinic whether to skip the dose that morning.
Is Sugar Defender keto-friendly?
The label does not say. It makes no keto claim and prints no carb count. The sweeteners are stevia and xylitol, with no table sugar listed, and a daily serving is only 1 mL. If you follow a strict keto plan for a medical reason, show the label to your dietitian before you add the drops.
Can I take Sugar Defender with a multivitamin?
Check both labels side by side before you combine them. Sugar Defender adds only 0.7 mcg of chromium, well under the 20-35 mcg Adequate Intake for adults (NIH ODS, Chromium). The bigger overlaps to look for are caffeine, ginseng or green tea in your other products. A pharmacist can spot doubled ingredients in a minute.
Can I take Sugar Defender before a workout?
The label sets no time, so before a workout is fine if it suits you. Guarana and green tea add caffeine, with no amount printed (MSKCC, Guarana). The amino acids, such as L-arginine and beta-alanine, sit far below the grams used in sports studies (NIH ODS, Exercise & Athletic Performance), so do not expect a workout boost. Read more on green tea and guarana.
Can I travel with Sugar Defender drops?
Yes, the 2 fl oz (60 mL) bottle is small and easy to pack, though the label gives no travel tips. Keep it in its original labeled bottle with the cap tight, and check your airline's liquid rules before you fly. In hotels and at family visits, keep it away from children and pets.
The step-by-step routine, with a daily dial, is on how to take it.

How should you store a bottle of Sugar Defender?
Store Sugar Defender with the cap closed, out of reach of children and pets. The label prints no storage line, so it gives no temperature or fridge rule.
Its firm rule is "KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN."
It also says not to use a bottle whose tamper-resistant seal is damaged, broken or missing.
Does Sugar Defender need to be refrigerated?
The label does not say it does. No storage line is printed at all, so there is no fridge rule and no temperature range. Until the bottle you receive says otherwise, keep the cap closed and the bottle out of reach of children and pets. For a firm answer, ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480.
What is the shelf life of Sugar Defender?
No shelf life is printed on the label artwork we read, so we cannot give a number. At the label's 1 mL a day, one bottle is used up in about 60 days. If the drops change color, smell or taste, stop and call the order desk. Check your own bottle and box for a printed date.
Where is the expiration date on a Sugar Defender bottle?
The flat label artwork shows no expiration date, only a sample lot line that reads KD_000_00_00000000. A real date may be stamped on the bottle or box you receive. If you cannot find one, call the order desk with your order ID and ask. What the lot line means is explained on batch verify.
Is Sugar Defender alcohol-free?
Alcohol is not on the label's list of other ingredients, which names deionized water, organic citrus extract, natural flavors, stevia and xylitol. No preservatives are listed either. The label does not say how the plant extracts were made, so it cannot rule out traces. If you avoid alcohol completely, ask the order desk before ordering.
What are the "natural flavors" in Sugar Defender?
The label does not say. It lists "Natural Flavors" as one of five other ingredients, without naming a source. If you have a food allergy, ask the order desk what the flavors are made from before you take a dose. What the drops taste like is covered on how it works.
What kind of stevia does Sugar Defender use?
The label lists "Stevia (Steviol Glycosides)", the purified sweet compounds from the stevia leaf. The FDA has not questioned high-purity steviol glycosides as sweeteners, while whole-leaf and crude stevia extracts are not considered safe for that use (FDA, Aspartame and Other Sweeteners). The label does not state the purity, so we cannot confirm the grade.
| Item | On the label? |
|---|---|
| Storage or fridge rule | Not printed |
| Shelf life or expiration date | Not printed on the artwork; the lot line is a sample |
| Alcohol | Not listed |
| Preservatives | None listed |
| Sweeteners | Stevia (steviol glycosides) and xylitol, amounts not shown |
| Flavors | "Natural Flavors", source not named |
| Keep away from children | Yes, in capital letters |
Every word of the label is typed out on supplement facts.
Safety at home06
Who in your home needs extra care around Sugar Defender?
Children and pets need the most care around Sugar Defender. The label says to keep it out of reach of children, and its xylitol is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol).
Adults who take extra by mistake should watch for caffeine effects, and for lows if they use diabetes medicine.
A closed cabinet is safer than a kitchen counter or a nightstand.
What happens if I take more than 1 mL of Sugar Defender by mistake?
Return to the label's 1 mL a day at your next usual time; the label says "Use only as directed." Extra drops mean extra caffeine from guarana and green tea (FDA, Caffeine: how much is too much?). If you use insulin or a sulfonylurea, watch for low signs such as shaking, sweating or confusion (NIDDK, Low Blood Glucose). Call 911 for fainting or a seizure.
What should I do if a child swallows Sugar Defender?
Call your local poison control center or the child's doctor right away, with the bottle in hand. The label says the drops are not intended for anyone under 18 and must be kept out of reach of children. They contain caffeine from guarana and green tea. Call 911 if the child passes out, has trouble breathing or has a seizure.
What should I do if my dog licks spilled Sugar Defender?
Call your vet or an animal poison control line right away, even if your dog seems fine. The drops contain xylitol, and in dogs it can cause a fast, dangerous drop in blood sugar within 10 to 60 minutes, with vomiting, weakness or seizures (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol). Wipe up spills at once and keep the bottle closed.
Can cats get sick from Sugar Defender?
We cannot say it is safe for them. Our xylitol source, an FDA warning, is about dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol), and we found no source on cats. The drops also hold caffeine and 22 herbal and amino acid ingredients meant for adult humans. Keep the bottle away from every pet, and call a vet if any animal swallows some.
Is the xylitol in Sugar Defender a problem for people?
Not in the way it is for dogs. The FDA notes that xylitol does not trigger the same insulin release in people that it does in dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol). The label does not print how much xylitol is in each mL. If sweeteners like it upset your stomach, watch how you feel and see side effects.
Can I take Sugar Defender if I have high blood pressure?
Ask your doctor first. The blend includes a licorice compound, and glycyrrhizin can raise blood pressure, even in small amounts for people who already have high blood pressure (NCCIH, Licorice Root). Guarana adds caffeine, and high doses can raise it too (MSKCC, Guarana). Coleus and L-arginine can push it down and add to blood pressure medicines (MSKCC, Forskolin (Coleus forskohlii)) (MSKCC, Arginine).
Call a vet or an animal poison control line right away. Xylitol can bring on vomiting, weakness, collapse or seizures in dogs within an hour (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol). More cautions are on side effects.
Your care team07
How does Sugar Defender fit with your doctor's care?
Sugar Defender fits beside your doctor's care, never in place of it. It is a dietary supplement, and no supplement treats diabetes (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements).
Keep taking prescribed medicine, and tell your care team about the drops before you start (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements).
Lifestyle change has the strongest evidence: the Diabetes Prevention Program cut type 2 risk by 58% (NIDDK, Diabetes Prevention Program).
Can I take Sugar Defender if I have an autoimmune disease?
Ask your doctor first, and expect a careful answer. Astragalus, 6th in the blend, should be avoided by people with autoimmune diseases, and it may interact with medicines that calm the immune system (NCCIH, Astragalus). The label hides its amount, though the list order caps it at about 33 mg per mL. Show the full label to your specialist.
Does Sugar Defender cover my dietary needs?
No. Sugar Defender is 1 mL of liquid a day, not a food or a meal plan, and it adds only 0.7 mcg of chromium. Searches like "manage dietary needs" point to real help elsewhere: a dietitian, your doctor and steady habits. Losing 5-7% of body weight and moving 150 minutes a week can help prevent type 2 diabetes (CDC, Prediabetes).
Should I keep a log while trying Sugar Defender?
Yes, a simple log helps you judge the drops honestly. Write down the start date, the time you take each 1 mL, how you sleep and any side effects. If you already check your blood sugar for your doctor, add those readings. Review the log well before day 60, while the money-back window is still open.
What if my doctor tells me not to take Sugar Defender?
Follow your doctor's advice and stop the drops. Your doctor knows your medicines and history, and the label itself asks anyone taking other medication to consult a physician first. If you bought within the last 60 days, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID to ask for a refund; shipping and handling are not refunded.
Can Sugar Defender replace a diabetes prevention program?
No. The Diabetes Prevention Program's lifestyle changes cut the risk of type 2 diabetes by 58%, and by 71% in people 60 and older (NIDDK, Diabetes Prevention Program). No trial has tested Sugar Defender at all. If you have prediabetes, ask your doctor about the National Diabetes Prevention Program (CDC, Prediabetes), and keep taking any prescribed medicine.
