Sugar Defender 24 Ingredients List: What the Label Actually Prints
The Sugar Defender 24 ingredients list does not match the bottle. The label prints 23 lines: chromium plus 22 ingredients inside a 200 mg proprietary herbal blend, per 1 mL serving. The sales page headline says "24 proven ingredients" but names only 8. No trial has tested the product.

Why does the sales page say 24 when the label shows 23?
We do not know. The sales page says "24 proven ingredients" (Sugar Defender sales page), while the Supplement Facts panel prints 23 lines.
That page then names only eight: eleuthero, coleus, maca, African mango, guarana, gymnema, ginseng and chromium.
Nothing on the panel says proven, and the amounts stay hidden. An even split is about 9 mg per mL; the 12th ingredient is at most about 17 mg (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)).
Tap a number to read that part of the panel.
- Serving size
1 ml per serving and 60 servings per container: one bottle, one serving a day, 60 days.
- Chromium line
Chromium (as chromium picolinate) 0.7 mcg, which is 2% of the Daily Value. The only single amount printed.
- Blend total
200 mg for all 22 blend ingredients together. Single amounts are not shown.
- Listed first: maca
Blend lines run from most to least by weight, so maca is the largest share.
- Gymnema, 8th
Eighth of 22, so at most 25 mg per mL. Studies used 200-400 mg a day.
- Panax ginseng, 12th
Twelfth of 22: at most about 17 mg per mL. The label says root extract.
- The amino acids
L-glutamine to L-carnitine fill the tail of the blend, the smallest shares.
- DV footnote
'Daily Value (DV) not established' for every blend line.
- Other ingredients
The base: deionized water, organic citrus extract, natural flavors, stevia and xylitol.
Beyond the blend03
What else is in the bottle besides the 23 lines?
Deionized water, organic citrus extract, natural flavors, stevia and xylitol. Xylitol is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol).
See each line in the ingredient guide or the Supplement Facts breakdown.

FAQ04
What do people ask about 24 ingredients list?
People most often ask: Which ingredients does the sales copy name? The short answer, and 2 more, open below.
Each answer starts with the direct reply, then the reason, with a source where one exists.
Which ingredients does the sales copy name?
The sales page names eight: eleuthero, coleus, maca, African mango, guarana, gymnema, ginseng and chromium. The other fifteen printed lines go unmentioned there.
Is chromium the only ingredient with a printed amount?
Yes, at 0.7 mcg per mL (2% DV). The other 22 lines share 200 mg with no single amounts, so any figure for one of them is a guess.
How do I count the ingredients myself?
Count the chromium line, then the 22 items in the blend list: 23 in all. Water, citrus extract, flavors, stevia and xylitol are other ingredients and are not counted.
