Does Sugar Defender really have 24 ingredients?
No. The label lists 23 lines: chromium picolinate and 22 blend ingredients. The "24 proven ingredients" line does not match.
The sales page then names only eight of them: eleuthero, coleus, maca root, African mango, guarana, gymnema, ginseng and chromium.
"Proven" has no basis either. No trial tested the product, and most blend amounts are hidden.

Because the list runs most to least, the 4th ingredient, African mango, holds at most 50 mg per mL, and the 12th, ginseng, at most about 17 mg.
